Swans memberships have been up for renewal for their 2011 members .... for ova a month
& they barely got 7K of them to resign before the deadline...

they are heading for their lowest membership total for a very very long time

GWS have about half of Penriths total

in a city of 5 million people the AFL has only 9K members for 2 clubs

I think as a Swans member I would know more than you dopey. I received my Swans membership pack last week. Renewed today.

Already in one week the Swans have more than double the membership of the Raiders who have had memberships on sale for months now. Bit like the NRL GF with tickets on sale from July every year and still no sellout in October each year.

the Raiders are a club in a city of 350K ...that finished 2nd last in 2011
the Swans are a club in a city of 5 million .. that finished in the top 6

I think we can work out from that who's doing better out of the 2 eh ...
