Rugby League - An inspiring code for the gay community

Now some may baulk or react with girlish glee at the title here but I think in this day and age players should not shy away from being gay. So far Rugby League is leading the way in these stakes with Ian Roberts the only man man enough to come out and be proud of who he is. It seems clear to me that Nick Reiwoldt and half his team are all as camp as a row of tents and its just unfortunate they are not man enough to come out and be proud. I think their sweeping of the issue under the carpet has simply lead to their ridicule as has many of the AFL's sweeping under the carpet activities. And until Beaussie and all you other AFL boobs respond to Raiders questions on the StKilda incidents you all deserve to be ridiculed also.

Exactly E
nothing wrong with being gay .... but there is with denial & lame attempts at hiding ones true identy the way a number of AFL players quite obviously are
with the odd goings on late last year
beaussie ... do you therorise that this is in fact what we are dealing with here
latent homosexuality
I look forward to your thoughts on the matter !

Man the sound of a silent but deadly fart could be heard in this joint. And the stench of the AFL supporters denial reeks stronger than ever. I mean we have the 'Warrior' chirping in with his usual discriminatory rabble but apart from that, deathly silence
Yep the silence is powerful stuff here folks, powerful stuff indeed.

Not embarrasing it's just a stupid topic. Next thing you be wanting NRL players to marry each other. Tony Abbott will make sure that will never happen! Vote 1 Tony!

Well looks like Rugby League is clearly a more tolerant code as well. Nothing but discrimination and silence from our AFL supporters. Quite sad really.
