I believe the AFL is wasting valuble resources and time with having a team in Western Sydney. The reason being has nothing to do with that pathetic "game" called NRL, but more to do with the type of people that live in that region.

Western Sydney is a haven for criminals, drug addicts, bogans, ferals, dole bludgers and women bashers. These type of people have more in common with the NRL compared to our family friendly AFL game.

Do we want to waste our resources on these dregs of Australian society as the AFL is not a charity. The AFL should have set up a team in Tasmania or the Northern Territory (the Natives in the NT would love it) instead of Western Sydney as all it has done is exclude true Australian people to appease foreigners who live in the west of Sydney. A bad move AFL...a real bad move!

Only certain sections of western Sydney have that element, AFL Warrior. Large sections I grant you, but many suburbs are quite clean and full of the sort of supporters that a club would want.
