Just heard in the news today the Western Sydney Giants are in danger of folding. Their CEO just jumped ship apparently.

I wasnt totally sure about Raiders premonitions that they wont last long at all, but this dont look good for the Giants so close to the start of their first year...

A CEO is moved on and apparently the club is in danger of folding on the day the fixture for 2012 comes up. Oh dear, get a grip, it's a management change FFS.

It seems my premonitions have had a fast forward button pushed on them
with this Key Stone Cops of an organisation is falling apart even before they've had a chance to fumble the ball from one end of Homebush to the other whilst missing many many shots at goal

they won't get a chance to unveil their club song " the theme music to the Benny Hill Show " & embarras themselves & the folks of Western Sydney at this rate

There gonna need the money Raider, there not only paying a junior player (who has had a heap of injuries) 6 mill as their key signing, there also paying his dad 1 mill to baby sit him. Dad has as massive 2 years experience and is now apparently worth 1mill and is also been made part of GWS's salary cap, another great waste of the money given to the GWS from the AFL.

Meanwhile I can't wait till March 2012. ANZ Stadium sold out for the first of many local derbies between the Giants and Swans. This city is finally getting a local derby and guranteed sellouts twice a year at ANZ Stadium. Bring it on. :D
