Are you suggesting oztams ratings combine both FTA games in perth in the one figure?

Wtf??
Im not suggesting anything. I'll leave it for you to work out. But 2 Perth team played in the matches that are combined and referred to as 'the Sunday game'
The figures shown are for a single FTA match, Carlton v eagles. They are not a combination of 2 matches you goose. How could they be?
Both Games were shown on tv. Only one result was shown.

Well, it looks like all the fumblers here can stop hyperventilating over the last rounds numbers. Here's the headline:

Fox Footy posts historic AFL ratings results, powered by locked down Victorians!!

Surprise, surprise, surprise lololololololol!! As pointed out by the evidence base RL folk here the numbers were driven by Victorians in lockdown!!

Any comparisons used, regarding this round by fumblers in any respect, can now be flushed down the appropriate receptacle at will!!!

I trust this totally objective view will be fully accepted by all our AFL friends here lololololololol!!!!!!!!!!!!

TVtonight published 1 figure from Perth. That was for the blues vs Eagles game, exactly as I first claimed.

clear as day why the AFL had a lift..
they may get a few more weeks of lift in ratings,
than it will suddenly decrease.. as Victorians are aloud out and able to do more stuff..

you would have a massive point if your games were exclusive to FOX>> therefore limiting numbers, but they are not..
Games have FTA components which make up the difference..

btw 5 FTA Games this week on Channel 7

Explain what you mean, I don't get your point.

Last sat nights single game rated well over 1 mil despite involving 1 city only. It rated about 250k more than other Saturday nights when 2 games were combined. Yes Melbourne's lockdown would have increased the ratings by 100k at least, but even taking 100k away the ratings show our FTA gain with 2 concurrent games is way overplayed, and probably barely relevant

Only 3 FTA games into Melbourne last week, so still averaging 4 per round

Come on pal............you're just making crap up as usual. Last round is an outlier. It's an anomaly. It can not and should not be used in comparison to anything.

Why do you think the AFL is comparing this years ratings to 2019 and not 2020????? It'll take you a while so I'll lend a hand. Victoria was locked down!!!

That's why 2020's numbers were thru the roof. That's why no one is comparing 2021 to 2020 in AFL land. That is why last round cannot be used to make any comparisons...............whatsoever.......to anything!!!!!

The only game that was published was called 'the Sunday game' the same as they do every week.

As for the rest - spelling checker error

Go Blues

Tvtonight have the single game labelled as Sunday afternoon football, therefore it's the Carl v WC game. The freo game was an evening game and wasn't shown on FTA nationally.

But maybe they showed the Carlton v WC game to ever state except WA, then stuck the freo ratings in there instead, which would be lower than the Eagles figure. That makes perfect sense, for idiots like you

No doubt it will rate, maybe even better than usual with the weather, lockdown, curiosity, it’s an event not too sure many AFL fans would deny it.
