Team You Hate

Post by Beaussie »

Surely we've all got a particular team we really hate. For me, it's the Kangaroos. It really irks me the way they think they can just waltz into the northern state markets expecting support and money for their failing operations in Melbourne. Why not just make a real commitment to a new market rather than just flying in and flying out. Sydney, Canberra and now Gold Coast. Next stop, Cairns?

OK my rant over. So which club do you hate and why?

Pretty simple here as a Bombers supporter, COLLINGWOOD by far, nough said.

Player I hate Most: Tie between Brodie Holland (Dirty sniping little c**t, constantly taking cheap shots) and Nick Riewoldt (Yeah he's a good player, but he's got a head that I hope Brodie actually does hit!) lol

Yeah gotta admit Collingwood is right up there with the Kangaroos for me. Like you I can't stand that Brodie either. Hate Anthony Rocca more though after his efforts in Sydney when we recruited him. So obvious he wasn't a team player up here at the time. Better off without him.

Essendon without a doubt. They get the biggest arm chair ride every week by umpires, shits me to tears.

Definately the Swans...

I was so happy when they lost the GF last year by 1 point, even though they were the better team.... :o

Armchair ride! please don't make me laugh. Look at the stats over the last few years and you will see we are one of the most penelised teams. Mostly due to our own ill discipline and not playing in front in those years.
For every peson who is Lloyd Dive concious (Which he does overdo), take a look at how many frees he misses out on, you will soon see the kicks he misses out on far outnumber the ones he gets.

If you want to see armchair ride keep an eye on the ANZAC game. Collingwood has been gifted three goals in the second Quarter.

Rocca kick from 65 touched twice and paid a goal. Rocca drags down Micheal after contest, no free, Collingwood recover and goal. Micheal, though with his back to the ball, takes no part in the contest, stands still with arms down, Rocca pushes into him. Rocca kick goal.

I hope things even out, but this is typical.
