Why have the 30 second shot clock?

Post by Beaussie »

After watching Essedon vs Sydney, it's not as if the rule is even enforced. Sounds good in theory but Lloyd, Fevola and the umpires seem oblivious to the new rule:

MATTHEW Lloyd and Brendan Fevola both breached the new 30-second limit on kicking for goal in the opening round, but the AFL insists the controversial rule is working.
