Let’s see if pussy can answer that simple question. It has a very simply one or two digit answer but I’m guessing he will struggle to answer.
But I would be interested in that answer Nrol?
.
Very Basic math Fred, 1 rating +1 rating = 2 ratings . Something I've been trying to explain to you and LOL's for much of the past 700 pages, with very little success. So why don't you try asking someone else, someone like Wookie, someone that you may believe, as to whether Rugby League or AFL generate more ratings each year!
This year has been different. Lock down and far to much FTA, for the AFL, combined with some poor form from the NRL , little rep football, and of that that is played will played out of season. So yes, AFL may finally win a gold medal(*) in this very unusual season.
I'm sure though that normal transmission will soon resume and Rugby league will once again take up its position as Australia's most popular sport.
So congratulations to the AFL on there (*) medal

. This is proof that even losers get lucky sometimes.
yep, he couldnt answer when the NRL last outrated the AFL in a FTA/STV game

From Friday's games in both codes.
One of these is compelling viewing that has both camps and non supporting viewers glued to the box to the final siren, the other is a non competitive training run.
Like my miss's says "nothing beats a come from behind"
That a lovely little picture. I used to draw squiggly little lines that meant fark all like that too when I was in kinda .

yep. Basically every day of the week when there is a single match v single match on FTA/STV nationally the AFL wins. Hardly surprising given the AFL in Melbourne alone matches NRL in all 5 cities.

Fred the AFL has 4 matches each week shown on FTA and they win most of those. However they also have 9 matches each week shown on PTV and they lose most of those. Keeping the Total cumulative ratings figure fairly close. And then when rep games are played

totals are no longer close.
Fred,. you, LOL, sport crap etc can throw all the hissy fits and tantrums you like, make up all the but, but excuses you like, but the proof is in the pudding as they say.

which excludes Kayo where the AFL catch up on STV ratings

So AFL win the ratings pretty much each week yes pussy.
Thanks for finally conceding .
Now we agree AFL win (this season has been good to get rid of all the issues with games mainly in isolation yes) over the nrl in the home and away. We can now ask who will win finals this year?
The ARL/NRL will definetely win the representative comparison naturally. No contest there. We can all easily ageee on this.
But next up will be finals. I’m tipping the AFL to kick arse again.

So if we added the AFL ratings for each week and the nrl rating for each week what is the total figure for each thus far into the season ? Let’s leave Kayo out of it as its already too complex apparently.

rated 273k metro, 447k on FTA.
NRL round total 3.028m
NRL season total 56.987m @ 445k ave (-6.71%)
AFL Round total 4.177m (4.379m ave)
AFL season total 61.306m @ 503k ave (+1.64%)
head to head FTA/STV national over the weekend.
Thu N - AFL 889k, NRL 801k
Fri N - AFL 926k, NRL 683k
Sun A - AFL 762k, NRL 631k
With kayo included its likely the AFL won all three of these too.
Fox Average over the weekend
AFL 192k, NRL 188k.
wow, AFL on Sunday arvo rated 254k on fox and 391k for metro FTA WITHOUT Perth or regionals. Total 645k
So, not only did the AFL's single game beat the NRL's on Sunday, it did so without it's second biggest market, Perth, and all regionals.
I thought the AFL only won on Friday's Pussy

Our FTA has stuck a few problems this year. But I must admit I was surprised as to just how well it is going and just how poor yours are going.
Our PTV is still 50k a game better than your I see. Wow.
God help your mob when lock down ends.
Ch 7, fox, Ch 10. There all lining up for a piece of our product Wow just Wow
But, but, but streaming

dont worry, when that's included we will win that too.

With the lock downs, all the extra FTA and prime time the AFL have had.

it must be very, very worrying that there not.
