Counting 2matches as 1?
no. individual match ratings. try again. If I was citing Sevens broadcast reports it would be 200k higher. Not 50k.
Based on what? 5 games
Thats all the data there is. And it suggests 1) theres a higher peak for AFL viewers (145k to 121k) and more people watching on average (121k to 110k). Ive seen you draw a lot longer bows then this over the journey.
all games shown in Lockdown.
So? that accounts for some but not all. As it does for your own code.

Doesn't Fox have access to just 5 NRL streaming matches ? . And restrictions in NSW are nothing like Victoria's.
Sheesh I like reading this thread for a bit of fun from time to time but for a bloke that doesn't like people coming up with excuses, you sure come up with a lot of pretty weak excuses. Go figure :salute:

Hi jackass. At the risk of repeating myself again, this was individiual matches. Not combined averages so go fuck yourself.
My Post was a reply to another person. On a completely different subject. it had nothing to do with your reply. And both of things I said, In my post are totally fucking correct!

no one is claiming the ratings are from a single match. Howevever they are ratings for a single broadcast game into every market.

Also, another flogging for the NRL last night.

11 SEVEN’S AFL: THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL Seven Network 501,000 22,000 279,000 32,000 55,000 112,000
20 THURSDAY NIGHT NRL LIVE Nine 317,000 200,000 0 117,000 0 0

In fact how many 1 v 1 game on FTA/STV have the NRL actually won this season? 1 or 2? Even those would be in question given how many more viewers the AFL get on Kayo

Thursday
Eels v Souths 800,000
Nine 566,000 (Metro 346,000 Regional 220,000)
Fox League 234,000

Richmond v West Coast 891,000
Seven 681,000 (Metro 501,000 Regional 180,000)
Fox Footy 210,000

Friday
Roosters v Broncos 684,000
Nine 507,000 (Metro 333,000 Regional 174,000)
Fox League 177,000

Footscray v Geelong 934,000
Seven 711,000 (Metro 512,000 Regional 199,000)

How many weeks has it been since the NRL won a FTA/STV matchup now?

Let’s see if pussy can answer that simple question. It has a very simply one or two digit answer but I’m guessing he will struggle to answer.

But I would be interested in that answer Nrol?

From Friday's games in both codes.

One of these is compelling viewing that has both camps and non supporting viewers glued to the box to the final siren, the other is a non competitive training run.

Very Basic math Fred, 1 rating +1 rating = 2 ratings . Something I've been trying to explain to you and LOL's for much of the past 700 pages, with very little success. So why don't you try asking someone else, someone like Wookie, someone that you may believe, as to whether Rugby League or AFL generate more ratings each year!

This year has been different. Lock down and far to much FTA, for the AFL, combined with some poor form from the NRL , little rep football, and of that that is played will played out of season. So yes, AFL may finally win a gold medal(*) in this very unusual season.

I'm sure though that normal transmission will soon resume and Rugby league will once again take up its position as Australia's most popular sport.

So congratulations to the AFL on there (*) medal =D . This is proof that even losers get lucky sometimes.
