'many' 50k plus crowds in Brisbane. There have been 8 over 50k. 218 games of nRL, and just 8 over 50k. Third biggest city in the country, ONE nRL team, no split fanbase.
'many' 30k plus crowds in Newcastle. 6 Total over 30k. One team town, no split of fanbase.
'many' 26k plus in Townsville. 7 over 26k. One team town, no split fanbase.

Let's have a quick look not only at some AFL crowds outside Melbourne, but reasons why they'll improve even more in the coming years:

Adelaide. 5 over 50k. Two teams in a city half the population of Brisbane, which has only 1 team. Crowds to grow in the fantastic new city stadium Adelaide Oval
Perth. At least 20 crowds over 40k. Two teams in the city. Membership waiting list. New 60k seat stadium coming in 2018.
Sydney. 11 over 50k. Expansion city. To put things in perspective, AFL has had more crowds over 55k in Sydney than the nRL has had over 50k in Brisbane. New SCG stands ready in 2014, state of the art, great facilities.
Brisbane: at least 20 crowds over 30k. Expansion city.
Geelong: at least 20 crowds over 30k. New stand finished this year, new lights installed this year. Crowds on the rise in Geelong.

You say crowds don't sell out beyond Melbourne. Crows have had 2 sellouts in 2013 already, West Coast and Freo have had many, even Swans have had one. A sellout is when all available tickets have been sold. You keep confusing a 'sell'out, with a 'capacity' crowd. Presumably because you have a cognitive disability.

1) provide a source that shows the Broncos have hosted 14 nRL crowds of 50k in Brisbane. Don't bother answering the rest of the questions if you can't provide this link.
2) who suggested that the Broncos had never had a crowd over 50k? It sounds an awful lot like something you're making up.
3) I provided a link to Football Park's highest attendances. Why are you talking about 40k attendances when i've shown clearly that there have been 50k attendances in Adelaide. Brisbane SHOULD be getting bigger crowds than Adelaide. They're the ONLY team in a town twice the size of Adelaide. But the number of big crowds don't reflect the difference in city size or the fact that Adelaide has 2 teams.
4) Look at the Bronco's smallest attendances v the Crows' smallest attendances. Just for a laugh. It'll be interesting to see how Brisbane's second nRL team go crowd wise compared to Adelaide's 2nd AFL team Port.
