wow
ring the bells folks
2 upsets on the same weekend
whats that make it for the year
3?
lets see if the people who make their living from deciding how competitive teams are both ova the length of a season & from game to game
Bookies
also pull their pants down after 2 upsets
& have a little play with themselves & declare the ********* league is ova & the VFL is even again

... like fuck they will
it'll be $1001/1 for the same useless 6 sides to win the comp
& lots & lots of odds... of $17 to $1.01 in individual games when these 6 play anyone in the top 4
no folks
the VFL is as uneven as its always been
a few upsets aint gunna change that

So based on this the suns and Brisbane are not basket case league clubs ...Brisbane have beaten Geelong and essendon.
Phelpsy forget the tech deets. Are you telling me u disagree with your local fat AFL legend vossie?

They're your words KE ... You defined what makes a basket case team .... So you got it wrong big time. So given the suns and Brisbane aren't in the league seems you only have 3 left.

Seriously phelpsy we can all focus on minutae details. That's for simpletons. Think of the big picture man, show some friggin vision homie.
Here, lemme help you out bro.
King-Eliagh wrote:A basketcase team is a team who simply cannot compete against AFL sides unless the sun shines out 'o their buttholes and the AFL team is having an off day

Now phelpsy just because the suns shone outta brissies buttholes twice in 13 odd weeks doesnt make them not a basketcase you silly lil turdburger. Got it?
Vision phelpsy, vision. Broaden it matey. And then give us some freakin options to fix the shambles that is currently the AFL 'competition'!

You should think before you make such comments KE , you gave a very clear definition of what a basket case side was! Very clear. Therefore by your own definition Suns and Lions do not fit the criteria. Now you want to change the criteria as it no longer suits your campaign lol. Nice try

These johnny come latelies really struggle dont they.
Phelpsy, the definition you've gone and sourced is directly concerned with a bet I made with Xman last year you silly confused lost puppet. It is not the generally understood, original and correct definition of a basketcase side.
Now hows about you gimme sum respect biatch! The AFL is floundering. The competition is a divided polarised joke which noone finds funny anymore. Kinda like the labour party but atleast they had the balls to address their situation and they'll be better for it. The AFL on the other hand? Insert crickets chirping here ... .... ... ...

Tidy work eels.

The poor AFL lads seem to have been quite offended by your analysis
Truth hurts I guess. Allow me to elaborate to the fools. Basically I prophesize that the top 8 is all but decided at the half way mark in the AFL with the exception of 2 teams, carlton and west coast. That's my prediction folks and I'm damn certain I'm right! :D Why am i damn certain? A lil sometin' called the basketcase league folks, there's just no hope for the teams in that league
The nrl on the other hand? As you said Eels, its clearly a battle royal and I'd like to see any of our resident AFL boffins pick its top 8 as accurately as you or i eels
Clear as crystal folks, there's a basketcase league in one comp, and it aint the NRL :D

By your own definition there are 3 teams in the basket case leauge .. Melbourne, bulldogs and gws. Not much of a league . Or do you change the definition when your own reckoning blows up on your face destroying your arguement lol... I bet you do
Waiting for predictable response from KE ... Cue stage left

From a purely selfish POV I'd love it to be true. But as any normal person who knows football would know, anything can happen in football and that ladder most definitely can change.
