I don't get why they don't just play in Ireland, where people might actually like their game. Is just not going to happen in China lol..pussycat wrote: Fri May 25, 2018 10:54 pmThe AFL didn't make any money from there Chinese experiment infact they lost money. This was revealed on one of the Big Footy shows. The other bubble dwellers on the panel couldn't belief what they were hearing....'But, But. But
Gilligan said Gilligan said'.![]()

It was also revealed that the Victorian government was responsible for most of the funding.
What on earth made them think it was going to be a sellout? Looked like less people than last time.King-Eliagh wrote: Thu May 24, 2018 11:35 amNlol is as pissweak as they come!
And which bloody admin decided to delete my pics of steaming pile o' shit? It depicts exactly what the AFL in China experiment is, nothing more....nothing less!
I guess the truth hurts so I'm happy to let this one slide just from now on don't go all hitler on us and delete the truth ok?![]()
it was based on the fact all available tickets were 'sold out' prior to game dayNRL&NFLweLaughATafl wrote: Sun May 27, 2018 9:20 amWhat on earth made them think it was going to be a sellout? IMO a fair few didnt go because it was raining during the game, plus there was no cover in the stands so people didnt take their seats. It makes no sense to lie about a sellout prior to the game because all it does is stop more fans from turning up on the dayTerry wrote: Sun May 27, 2018 1:42 pm'Sold out' lolololololololololololol. So what is your reasoning for the stadium being less than half full if all the tickets were 'sold' lololololololol??????
You don't seem to get it pal. It's actually very, very simple. They sold about 5k tickets to Port & Suns supporters who flew over. They then gave away the rest to locals who they hoped would turn up. As they had distributed all tickets, sold & given away, they announced they had 'sold out' the game. BS of course.NlolRL wrote: Sun May 27, 2018 1:48 pmIMO a fair few didnt go because it was raining during the game, plus there was no cover in the stands so people didnt take their seats.
