You seriously wanting to compare a rl game that was played a month earlier and where no AFL game was up against it to an AFL game that had an nrl game up against it. Whatever floats your boat I guess but looks desperate.

I think I even watched a few of those games lol
Haha. Fredo calling someone desperate.....loolololoololololl. He's still out in the jungle with a few fumbling holdouts arguing last years ratings.......lolololololololol. Come home Freddy.....come home....lolololololol.

I can't believe these fumblers are still arguing this point!!!! These people have problems!! I know the facts, I know what happened. I don't particularly care that the fumblers can't accept it. Please fumblers, for your own mental health, move on. There are more important things in life than the fact more people watch RL than fumbleball. Think of your family and friends and please let this go!!! Need help? Lifeline 131114.
3 v 1 prime time comparisons to the AFL so far this year. Are you arguing this point? :-k
Yes I am. R2 Fri RL 1184 V R2 Fri FB 1164. RL 3 FB 1. Simple as that. 131114.
why would you compare a game 1 month ago to a game last night? :-k

OK, more perspective for the NRL boys.

I counted every FTA AFL game in 2016, and excluded the the Saturday afternoon games. This resulted in around 3 FTA games per round being shown nationally, 2 in prime time and one on Sunday arvo. Therefore both codes had almost exactly the same conditions.

AFL's average was 728k (from 73 games), the NRL's average (from 71 games) was 707k.

Add to this the AFL's fox ratings for isolated games was a lot higher, so the advantage was even greater in reality

Be good to have a running total of the nrl and AFL games given this is what seems to be one of the last straws of rl.

And one for each code too. The aflw must have added a few viewers.

Oh boy. You obsession with me is cute and slightly flattering. ❤️

i rarely pay much ch head to ratings other than this commented on... I don't read the tables really.

This whole cumulative total thing though is interesting as it seems the last bastion to hang on to ... as irrelevant as it is.

So if we are keeping a total of rl games and Aussie rules games totals then we also now need to include the women's ratings as well as other games played in rl such as soo etc.

Again, I appreciate your focus on me and using that to deflect and obviously I get under your skin which gives us a chuckle (sometimes I read out the posts when having a beer friends and they make suggestions too and we wait for your reply.... which always comes. I know it's a bit sad but a guilty pleasure. We used to do it to a guy who himself King .... yes that's right ...king.... but he has departed. He thought internet was real life lol ... see dig. Anyway, thanks for playing and don't take things too serious. We did enjoy your grammar nazi routine to start but you've stopped that.

Anyway.... what is the "cumulative " total of both codes to date ... both for the code and for nrl and AFL?

We love ya guts by the way. All in fun.

Oh ... thought you were knewish here ??..,,.,,..hmmmmmmm

With not all regionals available its hard to say exactly , but we had as many, probably more, matches over 1 million at club level last year. That's despite having considerably less matches.

We had 4 matches over 3 million and our total rating exceeded yours by a country mile.

Our rating were up 14% for the year. I'd love to know just how far down yours were.....were they down as far or further than the previous year ?

You hide behind your but but excuses, blaming them for your poor ratings - there nothing more than a joke a very sick one, just like your game!

Decent regionals at 44% of metro. Nice Brisbane figures too. They outrated Sydeny

So the AFL's regionals were just under the NRLs! The NRL need 286k on Foxtel just to get to the AFL's FTA figure

I think we can call this another resounding win to the AFL, which makes the prime time head to head battle 4 to 1 in our favour
