Is only Melbourners that see it as a rivalry with Sydney.

Hate to burst your your bubble, but most people in Sydney see Melbourne as so irrelevant that they we don't even notice the place.

Your not a holiday destination and have no decent surfing beaches.

Melbourne is pretty much invisible and not even on the radar. Queensland is in the media alot more here. Sporting rivalries, great holiday destinations.
No decent surfing beaches? WTF?
Yes are no close surfing beaches from Melbourne city for miles. Is so shit.

Tell me a good surfing beach as close to the city centre as Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee, Many, Curl Curl, Dee Why. I could go on for ages with this list.

Melbourne has none..
Short drive down the Peninsula does the trick, but you will need a car and a licence for that, ruling you out.
Yep it is official, you are more stupid than I realised.
Tell me how the 70km drive to the Peninsula is a short drive away?

=D> =D> :(/

If you you had a drivers license you would have known this. What a halfwit.
:(/ =D> =D>
Short drive = less than a hour fucktard, I actually own a holiday house in Rye, front and back beach access, so go fuck yourself.
RYES BEACH IS 83KM FROM THE CENTRE OF MELBOURNE DICKHEAD. HOW WOULD THAT TAKE LESS THAN AN HOUR TO DRIVE TO??

Now I know you don't own a beach house or a car. LOL just gets funnier and funnier with every post. =D> =D>

Takes 80 minutes from St Kilda to Rye, I don't leave from St Kilda fucktard.
We were all talking from Melbourne central goofy. I know it is embarassing for you always getting it wrong.
But you did it to yourself.

inner Melbourne, you got to think... Hold on a sec..

the Hills District in Sydney 30kms away
houses are between 1-2mill average

how about the dozens of suburbs in between, Melbourne has many areas in the outer suburbs with houses over a million, it will be bacause of views or something of that effect. how about the areas around it say like Blacktown, fibro shit shacks, welfare city :thumbleft:

Beaumaris is 25km from the CBD and one of the most expensive suburbs. There are plenty of 1m plus houses in lysterfield, Lysterfield Sth, Narre Warren North and Berwick. The Peninsula aread of Mount Martha, which are 35-40 kms from CBD are some of the wealthiest areas
