Not bad but essentially what you have is a young man who if dressed in drag would give the best Thai lady boys a run for their money deftly moving around slow uncoordinated ageing men like a petite 17 year old ballerina. There's no strength nor power not masculinity involved in the movement or appearance of this weed whatsoever.

Not that there's anything wrong with admiring ladyboy ballerinas sydfc
No doubt you have worked as a Thai Lady Boy as well FIGJAM!

Why do you get upset when you find out that athletes in other sports are not 45 Kg & 200 cm tall .
In the real world blokes like this are called athletes .
To Southern inbreds they are not real athletes.

Oh & you & your AFL insular clan probably wouldn't like him.
Im sure he hasn't got at least ONE WHITE PARENT.

James Livock is hoping to impress NRL selectors when he takes on the Newcastle Knights

HE'S sworn off the hamburgers and pies and been sweating it out on a treadmill in a garbage bag for the past month.

Meet big James Livock and the secret new diet and fitness plan that has him busting at the seams for a crack at the Newcastle Knights on Saturday night.

Livock, originally from Brisbane but now living in Sydney, will pack down in the front row for Laurie Daley's First Nations Goannas in their NRL Indigenous Festival of Rugby League trial against the Knights a staggering 15 kgs lighter than he was just three weeks ago.

And it's all down to a healthier eating plan and the jumbo-sized garbage bag he's been wearing during his own private training sessions to get himself ready for the game.

"I was 145kgs and now I'm down to 130,'' Livock said at the launch in Newcastle yesterday.

"I've been eating good and trying not to touch the bad stuff.

"And I've been smashing myself at training for this game. I really want this.

"I've heard there are a couple of clubs like Manly and Newcastle that are looking for forwards. I'm just going to give this game everything I've got and hopefully, an opportunity for me might come from it.

"I've really busted myself for this. I play for my people and have a lot of pride in every jumper I put on.

"This opportunity for me means everything and I'm just really excited and feel privileged to have made the team."

James Livock is hoping to impress NRL selectors on the weekend.

The game replaces the pre-season NRL and Indigenous All Stars clash which has been suspended for this year because of the Auckland 9's.

Daley's Goannas are made up predominantly of players from the annual Koori Knockout in NSW and Queensland's Murri Carnival with former NRL stars David Peachey, Nathan Blacklock, Rod Jensen and Dennis Moran drafted in for their experience.

The Knights will be captained by Tyrone Roberts.

Daley says there is a heap of talent in his squad and is certain there will be plenty of entertainment value on Saturday.

And he expects his big prop to do some damage.

"He's quick and he's got plenty of skill with the footy don't worry,"Daley said.

"He'll skittle a few but we might have to use him in short sharp bursts to get the best out of him."

what other form of football where a 130kg man play
simple 1 NRL
fat stupid slow dumb morns can play

Born and raised on the family's cassava farm in the Fijian highlands, Koroibete's early tests of fitness were walking the 20km round trip to school on those days when his horse was being used by the old man.

A gifted sprinter in his teens, he once clocked 10.75sec for the 100m but would often skip regional athletics carnivals - fearing he would have to make a speech if he won.

As the sprint and conditioning coach who worked with NRL flyer Jarryd Hayne at Parramatta, Hayden Knowles knows the sort of speeds that fast footballers can clock.

Knowles is the man who helped organise a 2010 cross-code sprint involving the likes of Wallaby Lachie Turner and Eels superstar Hayne, and works with a host of Olympic hopefuls under his Athletic Allstars banner.

He's desperate to find Australia's next great sprinter, looking to make amends for the fact so much talent is funnelled into the AFL and NRL.

Talent like Sydney livewire Lewis Jetta, who showcased his sprint skills once again in last Friday night's preliminary final with an incredible running goal.

The 23-year-old bolted over 80m in approximately 10.7 seconds while bouncing the ball three times.

Knowles was in awe, but not surprised.

"I wanted him in my cross-code fastest footballer race a couple of years back, but it wasn't possible," he said ahead of Saturday's grand final.

Great Grand Final Moments
"If someone finds a talent like Lewis and cares for, encourages, nurtures and believes in them the same way the Sydney Swans have - then Australia can one day mix it with the rest of the world in the mens sprints.

"Australia's fastest ever man Patrick Johnson is indigenous, there is another one out there. Bruce McAvaney mentions Usain Bolt in the commentary (of Jetta's goal). Australia has one somewhere."

Like so many school children, Jetta loved his athletics.

"100, 200, 400, 800. High jump, long jump. All the events," he said on Tuesday.

"To be honest I haven't really been timed, I'd like to get the spikes on and be timed."

It makes the fact he is lost to the world of athletics all the more frustrating for Knowles.

"If someone grabbed Lewis at 17 and did what the Swans have done and supported him on the track he would definitely be an Olympian," Knowles said.

"And not just an Olympian, he could have been one of our best ever like a Cathy Freeman."

High praise indeed. But Jetta was determined to forge a career in the AFL and has reaped the rewards.
