I don't know, when did they sell out their home game the last time?

I do know they sell it out quite a bit and I also know that the only major Australian sport to not sell out one of Qlds major stadiums ever is that mob from the AFL.

What's your point?

Is it the fact that the Broncos atm are not going to well and haven't for a while yet they are very close to having an average bigger than the Lions and Suns combined?

2 things.

1) The gate at AFL games means almost nothing, because revenue for almost all seats comes from reserved seating and memberships. When a club reports a loss on a game, its because match costs are taken from gate reciepts, and not membership income.

2) The stadium seating capacity is 50,000 according to Oval Management. There is limited standing room.

No sellouts? Port v Hawthorn was announced a sellout days ahead of the game, Collingwood v Adelaide was announced as a sellout nine days before the game at Adelaide Oval, and of course the Showdown was also a sellout. All three matches topped 50,000.

Of note, In adelaide in particular, the sellouts are also affected by several thousand SMA members, who like MCC members, dont show for matches they arent interested in (primarily Adelaide supporters). Members not turning up affects the attendance, because its seating that in most cases cannot be sold to another party.

I was talking about the dollar output for that crowd ..including tickets sold .. & memberships etc

Bottom line
A .... pittance... pocket change
Compared to origin

Only a deluded fuckstick would try n compare the 2 based on the attendance alone
