No, the part about league players in demand by the AFL because theyre super athletes....total lies

The only sport theyre in demand for is union, which given the game is almost the same, is hardly surprising. But soccer? Cricket? Anything else? Nothing

At least AFL players have been somewhat successful as NFL kickers

Hey, Eliagh, the reason why rugby league players are in demand is because AFL wants to wipe the NRL OUT! :P :P :P :P :P

The AFL are champing at the bit for RL players, simply champing at the bit! Are you calling allllllll those commentators who talked ol izzy folau up like there was no tmw wrong? He's such an amazing talent they said. He's an awesome athlete, they said. He's got so much skill they said, week in week out. I on the other hand knew he was crud, like khunt, but that doesn't stop the AFL wanting em bad! And facts are, I should admit, that these players weren't the worst players running round! ol Izzy, never played a game in his life and still, because he is a supreme athlete, could handle himself on the field athletically with the others, in fact he was a better athlete than most, hence the commentators ooohs and aaaahs

NFL kicker! :(/ Yeah that's all about being a supreme athlete i.e the topic of this thread Xman, get on it before I report your modbitch dumbarse!

Bhaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Grasping at straws.
Someone who is on the field for probably less than a minute the entire game ,& not part of the physical side of it ,is the fumbleball claim to fame.

Supreme athlete that never runs or is tackled..

:(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/

How about this bloke ..
He actually plays .

Jesse Williams

Football player

Jesse Williams, nicknamed "Tha Monstar", is an Australian-born American football defensive tackle for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League.

Born: November 2, 1990 (age 23), Thursday Island, Australi

Current team: Seattle Seahawks (#90 / Defensive tackle)

article from last yr ,

NFL-bound Jesse Williams and rugby league star Sam Thaiday share two passions - the Brisbane Broncos and supporting indigenous youth.

The Broncos captain and the University of Alabama defensive enforcer came face-to-face at Brisbane's Red Hill training base today with the Brisbane, Queensland and Australian backrower dwarfed by the hulking 22-year-old from Cannon Hill.

Williams was presented with a personalised Brisbane jersey and a special club membership emblazed with no.54, his college jersey number.

Williams, who played rugby league at Cavendish Road high school, went on a tour of the Broncos' facilities and met Brisbane players and officials while sporting a T-shirt with the slogan,"Take Your Vitamins".

Nicely put AFL crap. Yes our league players are supreme athletes to be admired by all, including in fact, all AFL commentators, and numerous AFL ex stars and experts. Xman is kinda the odd one out here...cause he's wrong

NFL Kicker indeed!!! :(/

Like to see an NRL player get a gig as a kicker FWIW.

The superior athletes are AFL players. An athlete is a sports person with all the tools in the drawer. An AFL players has those. A rugby league player doesn't. It's why Folau failed. No rugby league player can make it to elite AFL without being totally retrained. But it can be done! Look at Karmichael Hunt! Sure, he's not amongst the greats in the AFL but at least he can do it!

isael folau was considered a supreme athlete as well as Karmichael hunt, both isael & Karmichael struggled to keep up with the pace of the game, both players had to drop a significant amount of weight. it was all to hard for isael he left for union, & Karmichael is still struggling with the GCS.

so what does that say for the AFL players.
