People are free to make claims, but when they fail to back them up with proof their failure is there for all to see. We don't need to head down this farcical "wager" road thanks.

NRLc has claimed he cannot find evidence of junior RL participation numbers in AFL states. Whether this is true or not, how the hell is he supposed to find evidence of no evidence?? > if Dave disagrees he is free to provide evidence to the contrary.
