Again show where any comments I have made are discriminatory, show how it fits in with the definition of Racisim, merely not being interested in an event because the teams competing have such a lose criteria for selection and as such only one group of people are chosen doesn't mean I'm racist - it means that I don't consider it a REAL competition. The RU WC has people that are citizens of that country as is the same for Soccer WC! As for KE regurgitating something out of context, I recommend you walking down the streets of Broadmeadows, Sunshine, Dandenong or Springvale late at night! Let's see if when faced with a group he considers potentially threatening if he chooses to alter course? Try places like Oaklands Cal or Detroit or East LA! He is confusing racisim with being cautious - no matter how well meaning we are to other ethnic groups, you can't place yourself into others thoughts and intentions. I have stated many times and provided links that RL has a problem with attracting interest from ethnic groups that aren't of islander heritage (2009 36% of the NRL was from this one ethnicity, while Koorie representation had dropped from 11% in 1980's to 5% in 2009). If you can't make these comments without having a label attached then how can you fix a problem! AF however has increased Koorie representation (to name only one ethnic group) from less than 1% in the 80's to now 10% in 2012. If like KE and RD you can only point score then feel free - I know my record on these issues and I take little notice on ill informed and ignorant opinions!

What a joke of a competition - we now have a player who was born in NZ, played for Australia School boys and Samoa and will now play for the USA - what an absolute joke!

Pettybourne gets US call up for World Cup
He was born in New Zealand, played for the Australian Schoolboys and has represented Samoa.

But England-based former Wests Tigers and South Sydney rugby league player Eddy Pettybourne has been called up as a late replacement for the United States at this month's Rugby League World Cup.

The 25-year-old forward, who will link up with Wigan in the English Super League after the tournament, replaces the injured Andrew Durutalo in coach Terry Matterson's 24-man Eagles squad.

After opting to represent his native New Zealand, Pettybourne was called up by the Kiwis for the 2009 Four Nations tour to the UK as a late replacement but did not get to make his Test debut and actually played for Samoa against Tonga this year.
