But that's not proof of why players are dropping out is it. Nor is it proof given the context of his comments given who he made them to. So fail.

Indigenous players living in remote and isolated communities find it hard to adapt to the fish bowl scrutiny and expected life style required in AFL football! This is the very reason Rendell mentioned it to the AFLs indigenous liaison! He was concerned about the drop out rate and was trying to instigate measures to stop it
