You made the claim for a reason. This reason goes against the very nature of the BS file. Man up and decant.

Yes we are. Xman knows he's made a mistake here, I've bolded and highlighted his misdemeanor in red above. He's coming around and recognising he was wrong to put this up as a BS file and that he has not been able to prove diddly. I've recognized gaining a point by 'unique' interpretations or deception is against the very concept of the BS file, which is for legitimate claims and challenges.

Yours was not and therefore will not earn a point, and nor should it.

You won't be punished. You just won't be rewarded. Nor should you. The claim you made, while being technically correct, is still ludicrous and would never normally be used in the context of sport. Maybe in the context of interstellar travel yes, but not sport or code wars.

I read that if the claim is proven to be correct then you get the bestest and smartest point. Technically correct is very correct in my book, bestest and smartest, gimme one.

Xman just give him a BS point. His claim about a technicality doesn't exist. "Earth = RL Heartland" is BS plain as day, and any "interstellar" claim is total crap! He has to prove there is life on other planets in other to validate that, and that is impposible to prove either way.

There is no technically correct. There is no correct on King's side at all. He gets a BS point because there is only one context to his comment. The context of sport.
