It's interesting (and Onions saw this but his language and all the follow ups had to go as usual) that this came from 2008, but specifically mentioned digital only. The comment was made about ABC2 (which is not a state transmission) and TDT which is just one network out of the three. Tassie do have three. TDT is affiliated with Ten, which means the AFL figures will be incomplete and there won't be an NRL readings at all.

Currently Tasmanian television ratings are analogue-only, meaning digital-only stations TDT and ABC2 are not being surveyed and households that have digital TV access are not being surveyed at all.
