as a measure of popularity it means little because the total is effected by the schedules which vary so greatly. It certainly means something to the broadcasters which is why the AFL get more $$$

You guys are still yet to explain why your big matchups at the end of this season are repeatedly outrated by the AFL

because if you look at the way both code's figures were ordered the game description was on top, the total next, then FTA, then fox. All I did was copy a twitter post and get rid of the wasted spaces. Anyone with simple maths could see that. Except throwball fans, they cant count beyond 5

Sat pay ratings: AFL for 5 games 739k. NRL for 3 games 737k.

I think the program Foxtel has is, its new channel Fox league has failed to fire.

Whereas Fox Footy ranks as the #1 Foxtel channel every week.

More importantly, Fox Footy grabs the #1 program every week (Friday nights, despite being a simulcast of Seven).

Having its best year ever, with over 10 games recording over 300k viewers.

NRL have a lot of work to do there, despite having more subscribers in NSW & QLD, embarrasing.
