the Warriors pushed both 2012 Grand Finalists so far in 2013

sides will struggle throughout a season , but from time to time in the NRL our cellar dweller sides will lift , show pride in their jumper & compete strongly against quality opposition to a point where winning isn't out of the question
they have the talent to do this on occasion.

the Midgets & about 6 other teams in the VFL, would not get within a bulls roar of any the top 6 teams
on any given day
under any circumstance
as they have nothing in the talent stakes

the VFL is at its lowest ebb where the distribution of talent is concerned .... EVER

Where did you get that from Dave ... That they have lost tens of millions ? I know they made a heaps from the foo fighters concert and just signed the big day out for 5 years . I had read from wookie that suns made a profit in their first AFL year but just what I read . If you have any figures that would be great.

You're right I don't know with any certainty that they did or did not make a profit. I have read from wookie, who seems fairly balanced , that they did in their first AFL year... Mainly due to the foo fighters concert as they own the management rights to the stadium , or share them with stadiums qld or something like that .

What it has done though is create a lot of employment for many people up here which is a good thing whichever way you look at it.
