Just had a look
About 250 people at the most when camera pans around about 2/3 of the place .
I'm sure there's 23,980,000 sitting behind the camera .
apparently it's supposed to be fan day .
I think someone forgot to tell the fans .
Which reminds me where are all these new fans .
We hear so much propaganda about how many new females junior & senior are now playing because of the AFLW & the Giants.New clubs & teams popping up all over.
Where are they .

I’m sure the feminists would be jumping up and down if the grounds were not free, or if the woman’s league had to pay for their use out of their pocket!

Maybe in the next few years you’ll see a gold coin donation of some sorts but can’t see the AFL charging much to see the low quality of the woman’s league

last year's premiers were beaten by a far more skilful side in a high scoring game. I agree with Connely, the skill level has increased substantially in only 2 years. Imagine the comp after a decade.

I haven't really watched much... but has the style of play changed??

as of last season the AFL wanted to clamp down on congestion to open game up

which would = to more points???

and I'm showing ratings and expert comments showing the game is improving and has comparable interest to professional men's comps in Australia

The games are noticeably more skilful which is resulting in freer flowing play with more scoring opportunities.

The rules that were brought in to free up play arent really going to change the women's game
