No harm in running second ....again
thats if you believe accumulative ratings mean anything about popularity. Of course NRL fans do because they lose everything else
There you go again , retreating back into your own little fantasy world.
Perhaps you could explain why the NRL have made more revenue in the past 5 years than the AFL has in the past 6.? Mmh but but but - the little green men.

Soo apparently still has tickets for sale. Flicking over to 4bc Thursday the host was going on about how it wasn't sold out and was surprised by this.

Maybe. If the Super Bowl was played on Melbourne I would guess it would be sold out. Hardly reflects popularity of the game.
Anyway .., what has a crowd in Melbourne got to do with my comment ?

Is this right ? AFL I thought had higher gate takings (obviously), sponsorship, membership etc etc . But I only thought that but if you have more information that says the nrl actually make more revenue than the AFL I would be really interested in seeing this.

Are you serious Fred. Are you trying to say a big crowd turning up to a game does not reflect it's popularity?
AFLs crowd at their game in China would have to be the most comical thing I ever seen.

Hehe I don't know why AFL is bothering with China.

Ireland would be better for AFL to play exhibition games.
