You'd be surprised how many people I meet in Brisbane and Gold Coast that love Melbourne. I love the beaches and weather of the Gold and sunny coasts but do love to visit Melbourne. Food is so good. Coffee is getting better here but in Melbourne it is in another level. The culture and lane ways .. theatre... dinning .... wineries ...... I'll have to head back soon lol
its brilliant to visit & culture, night life, food etc wise. especially in the warmer months. in nearly every its miles ahead of Sydney, but the place is far to cold & i don't like large cities!
it is a common theme ive heard from people all around QLD & Perth over the years as well

its only cold for 3 months, and during that time we have footy and the snow season to compensate. The rest of the year its awesome. As a sports lover the city rocks. We have the best events, the best golf courses, best road and transport system, best arts, food, fashion etc etc. Wouldnt move if you paid me

It's bloody cold for a large part ... and when it has a decent day the temp takes forever to rise to the top temp ... stays there for 30 minutes then declines rapidly. Then when it's hot it is too hot. The best weather in Melbourne is about 23 or 24 autumnal day .... stunning. But re food, culture, transport, sport, wineries, pubs, laneways, did I say food .... can't beat it

awesome news by the club! all they had to do was make the 8 for such a large profit! one of the most valuable jumpers in Australian sport major sponsors sponsors recommitting to the club as well with record sized contracts in australian sport
wonder how the NRLOL clubs are going to fair this year!
last year nearly all of them were running at losses & their codes commission cant even get a bank loan to cover losses

Essendon just posted a $5+million net profit for 2017.
Stick that in your pipe NRL lovers!
