Our ratings were lower than the AFL's. But it not one of our high rating games, we didn't expect any difference , and given the conditions it was a successful day.The AFL must consider Saturday to be one almighty muther f***er of a day.

As far as our ratings go, last year ANZAC was on a Friday. You must be looking at the figures from the night game. The Anzac day game attracted 451k .down slightly on this years number!

both split their telecasts to maximise ratings. Neither received a significant increase when they did. The AFLs increase around the time of their new deal was because their games were shown live and in prime time for the first time.
the AFLs ANZAC day game almost doubles the NRLs for ratings and over double for crowds. The AFLs game will be the most watched home and away game of either code despite being played on a Saturday arvo and on a day 4 other AFL games were played

We havent had 2 friday night games in a month fucktard
& have whopped the VFL each week one on one on fridays havent we .. & thats just fta up against fta & pay
As for overall
Fta 4 games for the VFL
3 for the nrl
All 9 fumbles n derpies games on 2 forms of coverage
The nrls on either one or the other
The nrl wins easily
Every
Single
Weekend
When we simulcast in 2018 & go 4 fta then too
& only a deluded wanker would disagree

The VFLol currently attracts about 123 million veiwers under its current arrangement
The NRL 110 million
RLs rep program added.. it goes to 128 million
In 2018
..the NRL with an extra game
& simulcasting
Will increase their ratings to 125 million
& RL overall
145 odd million

Nz & png ... another 30 million viewers for the NRL over that year ( 2018)
Compared to 500k for the vflol
Wow
