McGuire: Get Adam Goodes down for it do you reckon?
Darcy: No I wouldn't have thought so, absolutely not.
McGuire: You can see them doing that can't you?
Darcy: Who?
McGuire: Goodsey.
Darcy: What's that?
McGuire: You know with the ape thing, the whole thing, I'm just saying the pumping him up and mucking around and all that sort of stuff.

Cracker wrote:NRLCrap1 provided the perfect example of two clearly different levels of racism, and yet King Eliagh calls for the same punishment for both. That claim can not possibly be sustained. On the one hand we have a careless error for which McGuire took full responsibility for, but on the other hand we have Sterling;

Sterling is not only not apologising, he is actually holding up his comments as perfectly acceptable and not racist at all, something that McGuire never claimed.
It's a very basic difference based in intent, something that King Eliagh clearly refuses to recognise and take into account. A typical tactic from a Black Panther who wants every racist punished to the maximum no matter what the gravity of the offence or the reaction to the challenge.
Additionally, Sterling is even threatening legal action;

Really, gentlemen, trying to make McGuire out to be the same as Sterling is completely against the facts.
