Essendon have the third biggest supporter base of all the AFL clubs (behind Collingwood and Carlton). They are safe.

Since it's a commonwealth crime it doesn't matter it will be tried in the local court to where the offence was committed, so I guess it's the ACT after all!

I think we would have heard something by now if anything was going to happen. Most likely they would have seen Dave as a harmless little insect not worth bothering with even if what he said was a lie - and it is a lie.
