How many of the NRL games on the weekend are known by the name of the trophy they are playing for?
How many NRL games on the weekend have been playing the same preseason match every year for 30 odd years?

alright lets get this straight...
Yes it is a Trial
yes it is more then the Avg Trail which is played in the NRL
its a Charity game.
Both teams take it abit serious, but not too serious.
Both teams have big benches with a lot of young players on show, to play in the game..
a lot of big name players often do not play.
money made from the game goes to charity too 2 hospitals
So to some it all up. The Crowd is usally around the 20k mark
so for the Figure it got on Fox Sports was pretty good.
overall if that was soccers biggest game of the year That is Terrible Tv Ratings
Good Crowd though I will give you that.

The charity shield is a trial .a regular trial every yr for charity ,but still a trial game
End of story .
You just can't accept that a trial game smashed the big Sokka derpy in the ratings .
Lol .
Sokka getting smashed everywhere on TV .
By trial games .
By kids shows
By antique shows ..
The sleeping giant is getting stood on .

You mean the over 12,000 that had it scanned and mile long line stretching in. The gate attendance just gave up scanning tickets. After 12,000 got in
Only the NRL make up crowd figures lol

I know it is hard for NRL fan boys to understand crowds at games in Sydney, but the 12,000 at Penrith yesterday was able the Panthers average (remember Wanderers were running dead last lol and playing a team with the lowest drawing away fans) and we still beat the average.
Oh by the way parra boys all those members at the game had to pay as it was not a membership game it was our community round lol
