oh no fumblers

The Broncos have delivered a hammer blow ... , whether intentional with the timing or not who knows .. but yesterday afternoon they sacked their coach Kevin Walters & Brisvegas is in meltdown
1 year after leading them to the GF they have sacked him .... some reporting he has quit , some saying he was pushed & told to claim he is quiting to get 100% of his final 2 years of his contract
some saying he lost the playing group
some saying they were blind sided
its going off
just going nuts

The oxygen sucked out of the room in QLD , anything else is a just a side show

Poor paddle pop lions look headed for a grand final win - although wouldn’t count Sydney out just yet although I hear the parade organisers getting ready now - city is going wild.

I mean its not like they haven't won one before ...they won three in a row in fact ..
& were essentially broke a few years later

they still ... still have by far the largest amount of debt in the AFL ..

The people who follow the drops & giggles in Brisbane & always did , certainly those that follow the wions will be very happy

Yeah - I think their crowds will improve a bit - but there’s little room for many more anyway. And yeah - the city parade will be packed and the news will be all lions for a little than back to broncos once more - but inch by inch they grow as does the AFL. Had a rugby player telling me yesterday how AFL has exploded in qld but had to settle him a little - seq maybe a little but not all of qld.

Just shows what a great place for sport qld is I reckon.

With the nrl storm game I watched on foxt go with headphones on in the lounge area where I regularly would pause. So come second half wax way behind and therefore could fast forward - the sting had gone out the game - unfortunately wat h the gf live - oh how I wish o could have fast forwarded.
