Deflecting
If it was a sell out or not! It was an open stadium something you can clearly see in the pictures meaning the people would have not shown up or left early due to not wanting to be rained on!
Btw

Ticket sales are available weeks before the game has started
We see this with the nrlol grand final! Months before the game is scheduled, tickets are available for fans to buy but still fails to sell out

Here's a nice little story about the Aleague and AFL in China. In particular there are comments from an editor of a Shanghai football website. He's been living there for 13 years. His response to some of David KOCH'S claims about the China venture:
"For somebody like me, based in Shanghai, you could walk down the street and ask 100 local people do you know if an AFL game is on this weekend?," he told FTBL.
“I can tell you, at least 99 perhaps even 100 would have absolutely no idea,” says Scottish-born editor of
https://wildeastfootball.net/" Lololololo.
Here's another beauty:
"That’s just a laughable thing to say. These guys must live in their own little universe."
Truer words never been spoken lololololololol. It's also known as 'the bubble" Lolololol
And another:
"It says a lot about them, they’re not very well informed and there’s no excuse, especially if they want to make Aussie Rules go outside of Australia.”
And another about last years 'sell out' game:
"But everybody I know and the word on the street in Shanghai was the crowd was basically the local Australian chamber of commerce, Aussie expats and other expat Westerners and a few Chinese."
“This game wasn’t well received." Lololololololol
Well blow me down!!!!! Who woulda known!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope dopey
Go re read this thread
The delusion & outright refusal to believe what was in front of them is what keeps this going .
The unfaltering belief that Gilty was telling the truth is Great comedy .
& it will happen again .
The stadium half empty & proclaimed as a successful sellout with half the crowd in catering tents .
Why wouldn't Gilty use that one again ...it's worked twice on a lot of the dopey southerners .
