That pic is a bit deceiving ....it doesn't show the massive Corporate catering tents that can accomodate anywhere from 5-10 k...or whatever number you want to use .

Apparently That's where the ordinary everyday common folk are allowed at AFL games .

Shows how far into the cult you are .

Pics everywhere of a stadium that's lucky to have 1 in 10 seats being used & you somehow try to defend this .

provide a picture of the members side of the ground DURING the actual game FFS!

Is this the members area .

Those photos above are misleading.
The TV broadcast booth is on the members side of the ground so the cameras field of vision is facing away from the members area and does not always show a crowd.The broadcasters need more roving camera work from the opposite end of the ground to show the club supporters, if you consider this then 7000 could be a fair estimate.

Lol only big hole in your theory is some pics are not from the tv .
They are taken by people at the ground & posted on social media .

Ok sports fans it's that time again - let's play that fun game "Guess the crowd" at the mighty GWS home game this Saturday night at Spot the crowdless Stadium.

As per usual we have 3 categories: Announced crowd. Actual crowd. Paying crowd. This week the kiddies are 'playing' the Hawks. I'm reliably informed this mob have a big Melbourne following & will supply the bulk of the crowd. As such I'm going for actual crowd - 4.5k. Announced crowd 12k. Paying crowd 2.5k - mainly the travelling Hawk supporters.

As an aside I just checked the GWS website - they claim 22,972 'members' lolololololololololoo!!!! Apparently their marketing dept all have phd's in Propaganda 101 (1933-1945) Goebbels, Ribbontrop & Goring et al lolololololol!!!!!

will be 60-40 Hawks fans majority..
