Sydney is a tough old sporting market. The A-league has no marquee players this year that I know of and crowds and interest seem to be down from last year so tomorrows crowd may be down also.

I noticed that the big horse race in Sydney last week drew 33,000 and the organisers were crowing about it. That number doesn't compare with what they get in Bleakbourne for the big races.

It seems Sydney folk are far more discerning with any live events they attend whereas the southerners will do anything and go anywhere to get their minds off their dreary lives.

Yep sure is! Yet the swans have no problems in consistency pulling good numbers!

People just want to see a decent product not a second class pile of crap like nrlll and aye league

Lol, much harder to make it into the A league than the VFL. Much larger pool of players to contend with, both Australian and international (not that VFL would know anything international players lol), and football's a much more difficult sport to master. Careful what you call a second class product.

Wtf are you on about dweeb! We are taking about crowds?
AFL is the only sport in Sydney that constantly pulls decent crowds! Just because your shitty code and the nrl can’t we have to listen to all the but but excuses

The irony in that comment comming from you fuckwitt

Now quit the deflecting and just answer why can the swans constantly pull decent crowds and the other codes can’t?
Is it people don’t want to pay for a second class product!
I mean ffs look at the nrlol finals series $15 to free tickets and the crowds were still shit then you have the AFL and swans charging a premium and still selling out!

People are fed up and just don’t want to pay for something that’s is shit!

Settle down linky - you're getting all perturbed my friend. No luck out on the savannah today pal? Lets hope the girls bring in some nice berries or root vegies lololololololololol.

So yes the good 'ol swankies get good crowds. It's mainly expats, women, LGBTIers and band wagoners lolololololololol. Once they stop winning reality will set in and the crowds will drop off.

Now take some deep breaths linky my friend. The season is over and you did OK. 2nd in the ratings is nothing to be disappointed in.

Swans have restricted capacity and look at their averages

Then what’s the nrllls best crowds
Soo state vs state gimmick
Next crowd then nrlol gf! FFS the tickets were bargain bin prices and some where near 1/4 of them were given away for free
Then what about every other nrlll game! Look at the finals lol
$15 dollar to free tickets

how can i go back to my padded cell if ive never been in one spazza :thumbleft:

how does it feel the apparent number one football (for some reason league is called that)
couldnt even sell out its gf after giving 20 plus k tickets away :(/

your finals had a league sized crowds! even after people still couldnt justify in spending $15 on a tickets so the NRLOL tried to give them away! and were still caught out fudging numbers :)))

So once again infecting another thread with your crowd fudging bullshit
Fuck off & keep it in the one thread
You ruin thread after thread by dragging into it whatever shit is going around your empty head.
There's a thread for it yet you have ranted about crowd fudging in multiple threads
What is wrong with you ...besides the obvious issues
