Lol
The same wiki I can go into & change info .
Come on you claimed it .
Show something official .

Solomon Island s..yes
So please post a source to back up your claims
Then you should have no problem showing proof that whenever another nation is mentioned on BF they always mention 1%AFLcrap1 wrote:Swans4ever wrote:AFLcrap1 wrote:Funny thing Porky is I cannot find a source for Sokka being the national sport of Vanautu or New Caledonia.

When you claim something as FACT
Providing a source shouldn't be too hard

You just keep ignoring the criteria .
Why is that .
Is the sport anational sport of a country .. Solomon, New Caledonia and Vanuatu for Football (Soccer), PNG for RL so Football wins
Are therePro or semi pro comps in nations other than Australia . New Zealand and New Caledonia for Football
Are there Multiple players from island nations playing in the premier comp ....followed by their countrymen
Are these comps televised over there .... Don't know
Is there a national team to get behind in international matches . Yep for all countries in Australiasia there are National teams
Are there teams from other countries other than Aust in comps or state comps comp in Aust . Yes
Is the sport Played in schools Yes
Are the international matches televised.
All my answers in Red are for Football (Soccer) added to that, it is also the most Played sport (and by a LONG way despite what you think AFL Crap it is by a LONG way) in all of the countries except PNG.
So based on your criteria there is little argument that the answer is Football, I know it wasn't the answer you expected but it is the right answer, you know it makes sense
So the goal posts have moved again, moved from Australasia to the south pacific, moved from the national sport to top 3, moved to a cumulative total by including league and union.ParraEelsNRL wrote:Populationspost_hoc wrote:YesAFLcrap1 wrote:Lol .

Solomon Islands 561,231
New Caledonia 262,000
Vanuatu 252,763
PNG 7,619,321
Fiji 896,357
Tonga 106,457
Samoa 194,425
Cook Islands 13,239
Every single one of these Island have a Rugby League comp, in most of these Islands, Rugby League is very much in the top two sports and in all Island would be in the top 3 mentioned.
You could add all of the Soccer players together from all those islands and the numbers would still not match the numbers of players RL has just in PNG, then there is Union in the other Islands that is in front of League in Samoa, Tonga, Fiji (haha not for long) and pretty neck and neck in the others, I'd say "Rugby" in Australasia pisses all over Soccer.
Considering in Australia, football has more people playing it than rugby league, and union combined, and Australia's population is 4 times (almost) that of PNG, sorry to say that metric is again wrong lol.ParraEelsNRL wrote:Populationspost_hoc wrote:YesAFLcrap1 wrote:Lol .

You did not post a source .post_hoc wrote:I gave you my source, not happy? That's your problem not mine.
Where is your evidence? Start with rugby league being the national sport of PNG
That is not a source, that is an opinion. Very popular? Football in New Caledonia and Vantuatu is popular, very popular, I don't know, not sure what scale very is measured on.AFLcrap1 wrote:You did not post a source .post_hoc wrote:I gave you my source, not happy? That's your problem not mine.

You just said wiki .
Please post where it is shown .
I checked what you claimed .
Could not see anywhere on wiki where Vanuatu & New Caledonia had Sokka as their national sport .
So be a good boy & post it
Here's mine
Unlike In many other countries where football is very popular, in Papua New Guinea, Rugby League is very famous and is said to be their national sport. The sport itself has been part of the educational curriculum to be practiced by the children.
