Melbourne is growing at a better rate, is because most people from sydney are straight out insecure numty flogs! we get them all the time comeing up here to Central Queensland
secondly Melbourne has been built with some thought and design! Sydney is like its been designed like looking in to a tin of spaghetti! which pretty much sums up the place

More wealth but still a dump.
More people means more government funding. NSW also has a large coal mining industry, that Victoria does not.

It only has a bigger business interest is thanks to the mining industry and bigger population. You will see the trend change as Melbournes population continue to grow.

The only things are ever really spoken of Sydney is the harbour bridge and opera house. Go past that and it turns to concrete crapneas very quickly. There is style to Sydney. With out the harbour its a bland sespool of a shit shithole
