Simple .
How you can't understand is beyond belief .

There is no level playing field .

Heartland teams suffer because of the bias by Aflol house to expansion teams ..
Now that there are two extra expansion teams Aflol house can only make sure two of them get looked after ..
The other two are basketcases .
I know it .
AFL fans know it ...finally they get it ..just read Bf

You get it but pretend you don't ,because that would mean admitting your comp is compromised .

heartland teams suffer? You do realise the bottom 4 has been occupied by 3 non-heartland teams for the last 3 years right??

Not any more. The Bulldogs are more than competitive this year after beating WC, Richmond, Adelaide and Sydney. St Kilda have also improved on last year with a few notable wins. Melbourne are on the improve too. Im struggling to understand how you think these teams have suffered due to favoritism to 3 non heartland clubs who were basketcases themselves

Lol .
Are you serious .

If all teams got the same $$$$ to spend then upyour can gauge why some team so poorly .

These poorer teams can't get the best young talent as its already given to the expansion teams .
They dont have the same money to buy better players ...syd got thse extra $$$.

You can argue all you want .
Your comp is not on a level playing field .
It. Is compromised by Aflol house

the expansion teams got draft concessions for their first few drafts only so they could develope a team. The alternative would have been to allow them to plunder all other teams lists which would have had an even bigger impact on other teams. These draft concessions are now well and truly over, so these expansion clubs are part of the draw like every other team. The COLA is available to Sydney teams only, not any other club. It doesnt disadvantage one club more than any other, whether bottom or top.

So now try to explain how either of these concessions are keeping clubs as basketcases

no you havent. youve claimed draft concessions, which is no longer relevant, and COLA, which may keep Sydney strong but doesnt make specific teams basketcases. Thats unless you think all 16 teams outside NSW are basketcases
