yes it does its simple
folau & hunt were picked as gimmicks, marketing tools. they didn't earn their spot on a list, like every other player that makes it to an AFL list, by playing lower grades of AFL.
after several seasons and preseasons, dropping weight, getting bodies in condition & skills up to scratch, they both went running off to union. they were already seasoned athletes

its more of a case spazza, you do not want to believe they were both were epic failures
couldn't make the grade in wooden spoon winning sides
now starring in union
