im surprised no one has even mentioned junior rl passes either

if you're apart of a junior club you get a pass card that allows you to go to any regular season game for any team in sydney, all year round for 18 and unders, i got 1 every year from 7 to 18

but i guess since RL participation is so low, below table tennis even, i guess they don't see that as an advantage since not enough kids are playing rl in the first place :(
Can I HaVe a source for your table tennis participation number claim ,
Or will it be like the RL fans are worse claim, that strangely enough was never backed up with a source.

Once you start telling whoppers you know you have lost.

Awwww poor little kids were looked after by the eels again this year being able to use their passes at several games like they have been able to for decades. Yeah that's a bad thing, I mean, who needs the next generation going to games huh?

Oh, and even if a kid has a damn pass, good on him for USING it instead of sitting on his arse at home playing the play station.

What next, you going to accuse the Parramatta RL club of forcing these kids to Parra games AT GUN POINT?

According to this lot, the people at the parra games are forced to be there, they go there in lower numbers than everyone else and when the kids passes don't work in enticing the children along, Big brother sends centrelink officials around to their houses and force them by gunpoint to attend under the sufferance of no game, no pension/pokie day next week.

Wow, what a nice little planet you lot live on.

So, what the Wanderers ACL success does, is further cement their place at the centre of western Sydney sporting life, along with Rugby League.

The inner city types who liked football could once be dismissed as latte-sipping liberals, scared to play the “real” sport of the city. But ignore the choices of the west at your peril - and the west has spoken.

So soccer isn't the real sport of Sydney but it is.

What an absolute fail of an article, make up your mind and stick with it, but before that, have a look at some history and some stats from both code you dopey ***** and you'll see that it is indeed West Sydney that has dominated RL in Sydney for half a fucking century and when they were,'t dominating, other parts of the city were.

What an idiot..
RL has been the dominate code, thanks to the number of teams based out in the cesspool of Western Shitney. filled with teams that are 60 years plus old, & about to be over taken by the WSW  a 3 or 4 year old club & growing

the only reason in why a stadium upgrade at Parramatta is even being considered is because of the WSW. Not Parramatta !

any way there is no chance of it having 400 million spent on it, when ANZ stadium is just up the road. & the government has stated it wants to steer away from suburban grounds. as the local MPs can no longer waste taxpayers money for political votes! like done in the past with the other club grounds

Hey Sydney FC what are you going to do now that your club has become irrelevant and a clear last place in Sydney football?

I mean WSW have larger club revenue, 15million
Larger Membership base (18709 capped because of stadium constraints)
larger sponsorship dollars (5million largest in the Aleague)
Have achieved more in 2 years then Sydney FC have in 10.... KINGS OF ASIA... =D>

and will also be playing at the Club world cup which will make it easier to attract high quality players, 1 more win and its RealMadrid vs WSW trully the World will be watching Wanderers... :_<> :_<> :_<>

My bet is you have been crying yourself to sleep ever since the WSW acl win, am i right....

keeping up these jealous rants, keyboard thumping, tourette moments, only proves how mentally unstable you are!
seriously get help, up the dosage of those meds, get the nurse to seek further help. Everyone at TF, would wish you well :thumbleft: as without gimps like you & dribbler Dave this place wouldn't be so amusing.

I mean WSW have larger club revenue, 15million
very impressive, albeit mostly from prize money
larger sponsorship dollars (5million largest in the Aleague)
barely, the gap is less than $1 million including their ACL exposure
Larger Membership base (18709 capped because of stadium constraints)
very impressive - my club doesn't have the same culture of memberships as them, but we still beat them in attendances :>::
Have achieved more in 2 years then Sydney FC have in 10.... KINGS OF ASIA... =D>
We have a continental title, 2 a-league championships, a premiership, 3 U21 titles and 4 women's titles. We're the most successful A-League institution in existence and competed at the Club World Cup before WSW were even created - they have some way to go to catch up! [-X
My bet is you have been crying yourself to sleep ever since the WSW acl win, am i right....
At first i was disappointed, but then they went to Wellington, lost and are still bottom of the ladder while my club is on top - very happy actually :D
