That site is not reliable, ParraEel. Get off it. The true test online is with the names of the elite competitions.

No more reliable than this;
TLPG wrote:
Okay just for the heck of it I did the following searches on Google;

"Australian Football League" AFL
About 1,730,000 results

"National Rugby League" NRL
About 1,660,000 results

Hmmmmmmmmmm
Direct from Google itself, not a biased site like "Google Fight" (which by the way is NOT run by Google itself!)

Note - I do this despite the fact that I personally hate Google. There's no denying it's usefulness in this regard.

also i love how my phone provides me with articles about my Wests Tigers as well as upcoming fixtures through Google Now, along with the Chiefs and Miami Heat.

No option for AFL clubs though.... worlds tiniest sport indeed.....
of course it doesn't :(/
That's right, because Google is a competitor to the AFL's main sponsor - Telstra!!
god damn you really are an imbecile.

what the fuck does telsttra have to do with GOOGLE providing me with an option to add an NRL team to Google Now dumbfuck?

you cant do AFL because that also stands for American Football League and Arena Football league.

However, googling Australian Football League gives me 74.3 million hits and National Rugby League gives me 118 million hits

Hey goose, when you do it that way your NRL search picks up everything else "National" as well, like National Australia Bank!!

Put talking marks around them and then see what happens! That's what TLPG did! And when he added the AFL to the end, it would only pick up those other two comps if they were mentioned in an Australian Football League context!! And were they? Nope! Fyiar, fyiar pants on fire!

Here's a couple interesting links

https://www.google.com.au/#q=national+rugby+league+nrl About 17,600,000 results (0.35 seconds)

https://www.google.com.au/#q=australian ... league+AFL About 4,750,000 results (0.26 seconds)

Did it just the way TLPG (the lying sod) said he did it.

Anyway you do it it come out the same Rugby League beats Australian Football.
