I don't know of any other sport that has the Little man Syndrome as bad as fumbleball.
He came second in the cricket challenge, third in basketball, won the bench press, 3rd in the sprint, second in the high ball challenge, 3rd in soccer, and 3rd in boxing
Tuqiri, ex Kangaroos player, came sixth.
It's a requirement to make your point. Otherwise you end up looking like a Dave...AFLcrap1 wrote:You're asking for proof.

Of course it was AFL propaganda.Phelpsy wrote:Xman wrote:He came third out of 8. Again, read the article !!!! A biochemist who has worked with a range of athletes across a range a sports talks about how various AFL players, if identified earlier enough, with their body types and strengths , would have been suited to other sports and been competitive in that of given the specific training. Nothing new in that, biochemists went through a number of schools to identify potential athletes for the Olympics, ones who showed particular attributes that are seen as good indicators that they would excel in those sports. This was an interview with a biochemist, not some AFL propagandist
have you ever contributed anything to a thread that was close to the subject or intelligent?NRLCrap1 wrote:Meat puppet, Xman, meat puppet!

Phelpsy wrote:Also, it is just an editorial leading into an invitation to discuss whether AFL clubs should recruit general athletes and hone their skills or not. The bio chemist thing is the main point of the story as it highlights the diversity of athletic types that play AFL. If anything, you could use this article and what the bio chemist is saying to support an argument I have heard elsewhere that AFL bleeds athletes away from sports that show case our nation on the world stage. Here you may have something to base this argument on.
