But what was his crime - he wasn't even interviewed so what was his crime? No if two others were interviewed and charged by SA Police and the evidence was SO inconclusive that he could have actually committed a crime then how can he be judged to be guilty by you and four corners! He is entitled to be presumed innocent as for payments it has not even been proved he paid ANYTHING! So again innuendo and assumptions is not proof! Have some common decency and admit that if there was ANY evidence then due process would have taken place not some questionable program from a corrupt ABC filled with lefties and RL sympathisers!

People don't sue for a variety of reasons - one is to put the thing behind them - you don't know the strategic reason they took - but again never interviewed OR charged and INNOCENT - thats the principle of law
