Yes. KE back in August 2012 served a week for ongoing trolling and baiting outside The Fight Club IIRC.

Edit - Oh and there have been some bannings as well. Crocodile Man, Grim Reaper, Onions, Intencity and AFL Warrior (off the top of my head).

Billie Jean King was openly gay many years ago in tennis,
Steven Davies came out in Cricket.

Just because AFL is limited to One country(professionally) doesn't mean Gay athletes from other sports have to be Australian.

No it doesn't. It shows how attitudes towards gays still has room for improvement in Australian society. I don't see attitudes different amongst any sport in Australia. I will say though from my experience the RL fans I know are the least accepting of alternative lifestyles.
