rlwc is not commonly used outside of forums like this especially not by news articles. also, i assume that AFL national draft incorporates AFL draft as it is a subset of AFL draft. that logic would only apply for the 'google trends' thing which measures searches by entry term.

i'll check it now.

at the moment the data says:

rugby league world cup = 100
rlwc = 28
AFL draft = 20
AFL national draft = 1

for australia:

rugby league world cup = 100
AFL draft = 51
rlwc = 33
AFL national draft = 2

So, you can add 'AFL national draft' to your total and we'll add rlwc to the rugby league world cup one.
133 vs 53 in AUSTRALIA.

i could also try 'rugby league' and 'aussie rules' but that might crush you a bit too hard...

the best part that is being discussed, what is more popular is the AFL offseason or the NRL, pride & joy world cup w their international event. if it was even an popular there wouldn't been an argument. but instead we see the AFL trading period, Draft, & old Buddy Franklin spending a day out at Bondi making more news than the, this grass growing spectral called the NRLWC :)))

Translation; "I don't look so it doesn't exist".

The world according to Dave.

If he actually looked he just might see how wrong he is. But he doesn't have the guts.

so now you're mocking us comparing AFL daft to RLWC. guess you started the thread dumbfuck. an AFL supporter.

it's not the pride and joy of RL, by the way. It's still getting properly started. The first proper tournament was only in the 90s, rest were just glorified 4 nations or whatever. but, any RLWC including the abysmal 2000 in the UK shits over AFL IC in every facet except 'countries participating' YAY FOR AFL!!!!

and as for average interest, how can you compare an event that happened 3 times in 14 years to one that happens every year through average interesttt.....? by the same logic (NRLC you can stop reading here) i could compare average interest for FIFA world cup to the EPL or some other annual soccer comp. And average interest for the annual one would probably surpass fifa, but the world cup is easily the more popular.

Invalid argument, because you're talking about the same sport. This is about two different sports! Logic fail!

It's NOT the pride and joy of rugby league??? Well from the way you and others carry on in here you could have fooled me!! The first proper tourney in RL was in the 90's? What the fricking hell took you so long to fix that hey?? AFL gets it right from the get go, and DEVELOPS the sport! That is why the IC shits all over the RLWC - it's a forward thinking structure! Rugby league wouldn't plan ahead to the next day's lunch!

gee you're a true ****** aye.

i'm not gonna debate the average interest thing as you're clearly too stupid to understand it. and by the way, a few weeks ago i posted a thread using the same graphs and you invalidated google search hits cause you lost so badly. just like you did here.

'AFL gets it right from the get go" yea that's true. too bad the 'get go' is about 50 years too late and doesn't do well in the first year nor 10 years later. what a joke.

im gonna watch that AFL IC final video on youtube, could use a laugh aye

You're not going to debate the average interest thing because I owned you on it you mean! You even draw on an unrelated point just to show how desperate you get when I call you out on nit picking.

50 years too late? No, the time is right. Not doing well? 69 countries isn't doing well??
