Read It and weep. The futures fund is not used to bankroll either the giants or the suns. Their finances are independently secured.

So you don't agree with an official public financial document. What information are basing this on?

You're wrong virtually every time you post, Dave! If I went through the posts in the last month I could fill a book with your lies!
You were lucky once catching the 50K error.

they costed their projections you *********

the reality is neither are within cooee of these costings + they did not forecast the ongoing widening financial craphole clubs like the wions & poort are in

Complete hogwash. The suns were far more financial and independent than the AFL predicted, breaking even after only a few seasons. The giants have struggled as expected and as budgeted.

that's the same as every other NRL club in NSW, yet GWS run a football budget nearly twice the size & still more profitable than any of the other NSW clubs

I was actually wondering about the ratings, but sounds like things have been turned around. Actually came across this awesome NRL quiz on the net:
http://blog.deliveryhero.com.au/nrl-quiz which I found to be pretty interesting - especially if you want to test your NRL trivia...thought the questions were pretty difficult off the top of my head..I reckon it's worth checking out

Lol memberships are for home and away season idiot
Apparently Sydney is RL heartland. 2 Sydney teams could barely beat the swans vs an interstate team.

What a joke Rich v Carlton will have more attend than the NRL GF, The Swans limped into the finals and to be honest everyone knew we weren't going too far so most of the interstate fans didn't come up - Carlton were gifted their spot in the finals and no one with any brains had them beating Syd so it all stands that our crowd would be down - As for RD I remember he wrote I DON'T BET WITH FUMBLERS AS THEY WHELCH! End quote - now RD if your going to bet, bet but don't have no guts and then become brave after the fight - it actually shows you to be a coward!
