no as you've quoted i never said the word easy. I said 'tough'. Why would i say netballing or any other sport for that matter is easier than umpiring? They're both difficult in completely different ways. I'm not a dummy like you TLPG, that's why.

No it doesn't, unless you were appointed by an umpiring body. As you are not accredited that is not possible.

You imputed it was easy by comparing it to playing any sport. You are not telling the truth, and you are incapable of it in this case because you have never umpired footy. You don't know how tough it is and you never will because clearly you don't have the courage to go and get accredited.

You are so lost. You said it "takes a real man to do the toughest job in sport". A woman can umpire just as good as a man. Why? Because you dont need to be tough to do it, you dont need the masculine attributes of a man to compete at the highest level. Playing sport though, well being a man and tough has its advantages there.

Umpiring in AFL is a tough job.

A lot tougher than league where wll they seem to do is square box with there hands & that is it.

It has taken decades for a female umpire to make it to the AFL - and even then it's in the goals. Why? Not because the ladies are being denied access. Because it is a TOUGH JOB!! It requires masculine attributes, and if you'd ever actually umpired you'd know that. But you haven't, so you don't.

Prove you're a man, and join the umpiring association in Sydney and start training. You have no more excuses. If you refuse, that makes you a mouse.

Okay, let's get serious here.

AFL umpires run a whole lot. That's tough on the legs. NRL referees don't run as much. So if TL is talking from that side then I have to admit he's right.

But when we add breaking up fights, the NRL refs win because they get in there. The AFL umpires stand away like mice! What's the story with that, TL? Do you stand off, or do you go in to break it up?
