Pipe down robot voice. I'm talking to Beaussie.

I'm sorry but if someone dont believe me that's their issue. They can feel free to try and prove me wrong.

I know the truth and have been spreading it here at TF since 2004

Yeah. :afro:
You do not know the truth and until you provide evidence that you are, then everyone who reads this forum will know same. So I rather doubt that you have been telling the truth for seven years on this forum.

You suck gorillas nuts. You are really that pathetic. Read Raiders last post and get back on topic TLPG.

Abuse is bona fide evidence that I am correct and that you are not. Again, you must revoke that libellous allegation.

Read Raiders post you silly silly goose. In the fight club it is warmly welcomed for one to abuse another.

"Libellous" Another word straight out of TLPG's classic vernacular =D>

Perhaps you would link me to where he has made that precise comment? I do not read Mr Raider's posts anymore. He is not worth it.

It's hard to find competitions where NRL and AFL have competed head to head but Rexona Greatest Athlete Comp is an exception

Here are the result for the three seasons the competition has been running

Season 1 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australia% ... (season_1)

1st Billy Slater 1385 NRL
2nd Jamie Whincup 1085
3rd Brett Deledio 1070 AFL
4th Steve Hooker 1025
5th Andrew Symonds 1020
6th Lote Tuqiri 975
7th Ky Hurst 960
8th Joel Griffiths 920

Season 2 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australia% ... (season_2)

1st Billy Slater 1415 NRL
2nd Shannon Eckstein 1410
3rd James O'Connor 1055
4th Craig Lowndes 960
5th Jason Culina 950
6th Cameron Ling 950 AFL
7th Matthew Mitcham 890
8th Wendell Sailor 870

Season 3 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australia% ... (season_3)

1st Quade Cooper 995
2nd Shannon Eckstein 890
3rd Ken Wallace 805
4th Kurt Gidley 795 NRL
5th Eamon Sullivan 730
6th Fabrice Lapierre 670
7th Luke Hodge 710 AFL
8th Mark Winterbottom 645

Looks clear to me which game has the better athletes. I have highlighted them to make it clear to our one-eyed AFL fans

I find it humourous that you locate what would generally be a fair guide, only to refer to one where only one of the three AFL players could be considered amongst the game's superstars (Mr Hodge). Mr Delidio and Mr Ling are serviceable players who are good enough to make the senior team but generally have limitations. They would naturally be defeated by a man who AFL clubs have said they would like to recruit. Mr Slater. Let us see what would happen if it was truly best against best. Who would like to see such a contest between Mr Slater and Mr Ablett Junior? I would pay to see such a contest.

Well Mr T we beat whoever they put up, can't do much more than that. BTW I thought Cameron Ling was one of ur better players as well. I have seen his name pop up in a few polls. Ablett Jr looks like he is carrying a few extra pounds to me is he the best u got? LOL

There are more than a few better than Mr Ling, of which Mr Ablett Junior is just one. Mr Judd would be one example. I rather think your imagination is running away with you if you believe the Suns captain has put on weight. The NRL sent their best. The AFL did not. I also question the veracity of the series if a racing car driver can better an AFL player.

Racing car driver beats AFL player! I think that says it all!

Now we're supposed to take a tv series as proof of the superior fitness of one code over another. What rubbish. KHunt not even completing a full season in the AFL is all the proof we need that Rugby League players are not up to the standards required in Australian Football.

Nope, I think the racing car driver beating the AFL player is much more valid than Khunt. Khunt doesnt even like Aussie Rules. Want proof? Ask why was he off playing Rugby union and making money on advertisements in France when he should have been getting stuck into his pre season training for the giants??

You're lucky I'm in a good mood tonight you silly goose.

In July 2009, he signed a three year deal with the Gold Coast Football Club in the Australian rules football code beginning in 2011. In 2010, while contracted to the Gold Coast, he played a season with Biarritz Olympique in the Top 14 French rugby union competition http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karmichael_Hunt

If he was serious he would have been on the goldcoast training, working on his skills and Aussie rules fitness rather than in Paris playing rugby for big bucks and shooting crumby advertisements to make him look like an AFL superstar!

This man is a money hungry :pig: ! It goes on to say later that he is one of 3 only AFL players on a 3 million dollar contract  And he aint even fit enough to pull off one season!
