the Hawks are one of the better supported teams across the country and a long established club and suns restively new and so makes sends the Hawks fans would easily out numbers the Suns up in the NT

Good crowds for the Swans and Bulldogs on what was a very miserable wet day weather wise in Sydney.

The NSW Waratahs vs Crusaders was also played on Friday night at Allianz Stadium in Sydney. All three codes in the harbour city, however not sure what the Super Rugby Pacific crowd was tonight? Saw a few Waratahs fans on the tram going to the SCG. Totally outnumbered by the sea of Swans fans.

Friday Night

AFL

Sydney vs Carlton @ SCG (Sydney)
Crowd: 39,082

NRL

Newcastle vs @ McDonald Jones Stadium (Newcastle)
Crowd: 20,125

Canterbury/Bankstown vs Sydney Roosters @ Accor Stadium (Sydney)
Crowd: 30,166

Super Rugby Pacific

NSW Waratahs vs Crusaders @ Allianz Stadium (Sydney)
Crowd: TBC

Terrence, maybe the AFL needs to stop using the NRL crowd counting mob out there in western Sydney as they have a long history of known stretching the numbers

Less than the ACT Brumbies over the weekend too. And I thought Rugby Union had problems attracting crowds.

An abysmal crowd when you also consider the Canberra Raiders are going so well this season on field and 3rd on the NRL ladder.
