there'd be 5000 people there tool
Sydney has a population of nearing 5 Million & 200K work in the CBD

the paid for comment by the VFL press .... made it out as if the swines brought the centre of the city to a stand still
thats what I challenged
this turnout wouldn't have bought the centre of Dubbo to a standstill
If it was 5,000, that's 5,000 more people than the STORM had in Melbourne.

yeah sure **********
what eva helps you sleep at night ....
The Storm could have held a parade, but it's not worth shutting down city streets for a team that no one gives a shit about.

You see here's the thing Raiderdave, I didn't believe you when you said no one responded to him when he said he had some spare tickets. I bet someone else took up the offer and wanted to go to the football with him. It would kill you to admit that though.

1) Dave i'm going to assume that like everything else you post here, that story was a complete fabrication. Not only did the event in question likely not happen, but you don't even work in an office. I have you pegged more as a cleaner, a garbage collector, or at best, a parking inspector.
2) It's weird, I've yet to come across these free tickets to Manuka games in all my years living in this rathole. All of my mates are paying for tickets this weekend. If you could let me know how to obtain these free tickets that are apparently 'everywhere', i'd very much appreciate it. I assume they're being dropped from the sky by crop-dusters, but I must be the unluckiest man in Canberra for never having seen one.
3) You sound defensive Dave. Before the crowds have even been announced you've already played 2 of your favourite cards (free tickets and fudged figures). GWS got 8k to a NAB cup game this year. I think a similar figure will show up on Saturday. Surely the Raiders will be able to outdraw two out of town teams paying a sport that 'no one here cares about'? Right Dave?

F stick ....

8K .... is all you're expecting ?
you said it will be the biggest midgets crowd ever
where is all the bravdo about the biggest turnout ever at Manuka ,

it seems your tiny testies are shrinking further by the minute ... & this is what ol raider can do
he scatters these fumbling bumbling singlet wearing halfwits like cockroaches with his antics & puts doubt in their delusional minds ..

oh I can't wait for the official crowd

I still beleive it'll be the highest GWS crowd at Manuka, I just think it won't be substantially more than the 8k at the NAB game. 9k showed up to the Bulldogs game last year, and i'm confident of besting that.

I'm thinking the crowd for the suns game will be significantly reduced as it is pissing down here. I'm thinking of not going and the anticipated fair weather follower who may have been going probably wouldn't go I would say . Will be a good indicator of die in the wool fans however ... I predict maybe 8-9 thousand maybe judging by the weather and there bring no parking at the ground making it hard to get to .... I can't see me walking 15 minutes in the rain to be honest to get there and sitting in the rain. If it were the pies playing however I would folk out the extra dough for undercover and get the bus.
